The PBN Company's seven outside directors bring to bear a wide range of experience and expertise that span both decades and continents. The Board is led by Harold Mesirow, an international regulatory and trade attorney with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Troutman Sanders. Other outside directors include David Herbert, Managing Director and Head of Emerging Europe Investment Banking at ING Corporate Finance in London; Peter G. Kelly, a well known U.S. attorney and expert on U.S. political affairs; Henry Necarsulmer, a long-time Wall Street investment banker and Peter's father; Richard Sermon, a leading London-based public affairs and communications practitioner; Robert Sheppard, a former senior executive of BP and key visionary in the formation of TNK-BP; and, Sir Andrew Wood, former British Ambassador to the Russian Federation. Executive directors include The PBN Company's Chairman and CEO Peter B. Necarsulmer; President Susan A. Thurman; and, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of PBN•Ukraine, Myron Wasylyk.
