Washington DC
The Washington DC office was established in 1990 and serves as the firm's headquarters. This office manages The PBN Company's U.S. client needs and provides outreach support to the U.S. government, business community and financial institutions for overseas clients. The firm's management, financial and administrative support operations are also housed in the Washington DC office.

London
The London office opened in 1999 to better serve The PBN Company's growing U.K. and European-based clientele. The London office also coordinates outreach to the European Union as well as the U.K. and other European governments for our Russian, Ukrainian, Baltic and CIS clients.

Moscow
The Moscow office is the firm's largest, with more than 30 full-time employees. The office was started in 1990, when The PBN Company made the strategic decision to invest in the countries of the former Soviet Union. In addition to managing client needs in the Russian Federation, the Moscow office also coordinates client work in the other republics of the former Soviet Union.

Kyiv
After three years of managing the successful Ukraine Market Reform and Education Project on behalf of the Government of Ukraine and U.S. Agency for International Development, The PBN Company started a commercial office in Kyiv in 1996. Now the firm's second largest office, PBN Kyiv provides public affairs, government relations and strategic communications services to a growing client list.

Riga
The PBN Company Baltics was launched in 2000, after several of The PBN Company's corporate clients asked the firm to take on difficult but important assignments in the Baltic States. PBN Baltics is headquartered in Riga with senior consultants in Lithuania and Estonia.
