The PBN Company entered the Ukrainian market in 1996, as co-manager of the Ukraine Market Reform Education Program (UMREP) funded by the US Agency for International Development on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The award-winning program informing citizens on privatization, economic and social reforms, was turned into an independent non-governmental organization in 2002.
In 1998, The PBN Company opened its representative office in Ukraine representing
