Peter B. Necarsulmer
Founder, Chairman & CEO

Peter B. Necarsulmer is founder, chairman and chief executive of The PBN Company, the leading international strategic communications, reputation management and government relations consultancy serving clients from offices in Washington D.C., Moscow, Kyiv, and Almaty. WPP plc, the world’s largest marketing and communications holding, has a 49.9 percent stake in The PBN Company.

For the past 20 years, Peter has been based in PBN’s Moscow office, traveling frequently to work with the firm’s clients and offices in the CIS, Europe and the United States. He advises at board and CEO level for a broad range of Fortune 100 and top-tier Russian companies in the energy and petrochemicals, metals, consumer goods, health care, telecommunications, transportation, banking and financial sectors. He has provided strategic counsel to governmental organizations ranging from the Russian Federal Service for Financial Markets and the World Bank, to TACIS, EBRD and the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Peter is the recipient of numerous awards for professional excellence from the International Association of Business Communicators and the Public Relations Society of America, among others. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of both the U.S.-Russia Business Council and the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. Peter received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and he is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
