Sir Andrew Wood
Non-Executive Chairman of the Board

Sir Andrew Wood is Non-Executive Chairman of The PBN Company’s Board of Directors and a senior advisor to the firm and our clients. Sir Andrew retired from the British Diplomatic Service after serving as British Ambassador to Moscow from 1995 to 2000. He is a past Director of the Mechel Steel Group, of the Foreign and Colonial Investment Trust, and ex-Chairman of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of British Expertise.

His British Diplomatic Service career included three postings in Russia's capital, beginning in Moscow in 1964, and two postings in Washington, D.C. Sir Andrew advises a number of multinationals at the CEO and board level, including BP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the ITE Group, Renaissance Capital and others. He graduated from King's College Cambridge in 1961.
