Alexander Kravtsov
Vice President
Alexander Kravtsov is Vice President at The PBN Company and Director of Public Affairs in the Moscow office. He provides strategic advice and counsel for a range of PBN clients, including Enel, Kinross Gold, Megafon, Sibur and Visa. Alexander has 18 years of experience in the strategic communications, government relations and public affairs industry and has held senior positions in several leading Russian and international companies. Prior to joining PBN, Alexander managed all international communications at Basic Element, one of Russia’s largest investment companies with substantial assets in six industry sectors and on five continents. Before that Alexander worked for four years as Director of Communications for the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, the country’s most influential foreign business advocacy association. Alexander also has significant agency experience, having held senior positions at STRINCO, The Point and Mikhailov & Partners in 1999-2002, and at The PBN Company from 1994-1998 in its Washington, D.C., Kyiv and Moscow offices. Alexander has an undergraduate degree in philology from the Moscow State University and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.).
