| The PBN Company has managed a number
of highly effective national public education programs in Armenia, Kazakhstan,
Latvia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine and the United States. These successful
multi-faceted campaigns have ranged from mass privatization, social sector
restructuring, capital markets development, shareholder rights and healthcare
reform to intellectual property protection and foreign investment promotion.
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, United Nations Development
Program, US Agency for International Development and The World Bank funded
many of these projects.
