There, our client managers are ready to address our clients’ business
needs — whether they are local, regional or international.
Every PBN client has a senior partner assigned to manage their requirements
and requests. This "Client Manager" is located in the home country
where the client is based. The Client Manager works with our clients to
manage budgets and contracts; establish and set strategies and program
priorities; provide updates and project reports; and, coordinate and manage
project implementation in key markets worldwide.
In the countries where the assignments are being implemented, The PBN
Company assigns dedicated senior partners or managing directors to serve
as "Project Managers," who are responsible for tailoring the
client’s global strategies to meet the local market’s unique
requirements.
This approach to client management avoids wasted time, communications
breakdowns and misunderstandings, which are sometimes common in implementing
international strategic communications programs.
